Michelle and Tony met on Michelle’s very first day at John Deere in the Quad Cities. She said she saw him sitting at a table working in the shop and when she met him, she said he had the best smile that made her relax right away. They worked closely together through Michelle’s training and got to know each other better that way. Then one day Tony invited Michelle to hang out with him and some of his friends. They stayed talking for hours after everyone else had left and that was the start of their dating relationship! They’ve been together for over 4 years now and are planning their wedding at Eagle Ridge later this year.
Michelle loves that both of them are close with their families. It’s an important aspect of their lives. So much so that when Tony proposed, he knew she’d love it if he proposed with her family around. So he planned a sweet surprise for her when they went to visit her family for Thanksgiving last fall. Michelle said it was perfect!
For their engagement session, they opted to have their photos at their home in the Quad Cities. As it’s the first place they’ve owned together, they wanted to commemorate that and have photos taken that show their simple sweet love for each other. Michelle’s family is obsessed with Chinese Checkers so they had to play a game together! Tony loves to play his guitar and Michelle is an avid reader. Michelle also loves crafting and created a scrapbook of their relationship so far. It’s the cutest!!! Then of course we had to incorporate John Deere and a few beverages. It was so much fun and perfectly shows the relationship they share. It’s a quiet, sweet, perfect kind of love. The kind that happens when you know you’ve found the perfect person for you.
We can’t wait for their wedding in December!
