Oh friends!!!! Today is a GREAT day! Do you want to know why? It’s because you FINALLY get to see photos from Heather and Mickey’s beautiful wedding day! This couple. Oh my gosh this couple. They had the works thrown at them this year. When they first contacted us about photographing their wedding, they were hoping for at least 150 guests at their wedding at Eagle Ridge Resort. Then COVID hit, as it did for all 2020 couples and that altered their plans right away. They adjusted their guest list to just 50 people and were looking forward to celebrating with that small group. THEN, just 6 days before their wedding, the Governor’s restrictions changed and made it so they could only have 25 guests. They made a heartbreaking decision to cancel invitations for 25 people and limited their wedding to only their wedding party and immediate family. Though it was hard for them, they didn’t allow that to ruin their day. They were filled with joy from start to finish as was everyone in attendance. It was a day full of laughter and love and we were so glad to be part of it!
Though there wasn’t any dance floor or open dancing allowed, Heather and Mickey had spent far too much time in dance lessons to skip their first dance. And Heather and her dad had coordinated their own dance which was so fun and funny!
