We are privileged to work with some incredible vendors throughout each wedding season. These are the people behind the scenes making the magic happen! They are the ones baking and decorating cakes, helping couples choose their perfect rings, assembling stunning bouquets and centerpieces, decorating reception halls, and helping couples pick the perfect attire for their day. Taking photos of their work is one of our favorite parts of wedding days. We feel it’s so important that the vendors have great photos of their work. Beyond that, we feel it’s an important part of each of our couple’s wedding day stories. Each couple puts so much thought and work into each and every aspect of their wedding day. Those details deserve to be preserved. 70% of our UnPosed Couples choose to showcase their wedding day images in a wedding album and these details always add beautiful elements to their albums. All that to say, we love pretty things and can’t wait to share them with you today!
First off, Ronnie chose a tie from Two Guys Bowties. It’s etched with the Chicago skyline people!!!! That is so darn cool. We’ve had a few couples use Two Guys Bowties for their wedding days and they are always so unique and a big conversation piece. This simple bouquet photo is one of my favorites of the year. Our bride had set it down to fix some details in the schoolhouse at Oak Hill and we grabbed this quick shot with the light hitting it just perfectly on the pew. Niles owns a tire company so when we saw his ring and realized it was marked like tire treads, we had to put both the rings on a tire to take a photo of them! I love this shot Jeff got with Destiney and Joe’s wedding rings on a fountain in their church! Okay, can we talk about this tent? Jeff and I were in LOVE with it! The sheer fabric kept everything bright and beautiful even when the rain came in later in the day. If I could photograph in a tent like this every wedding of my life I would be the happiest person on the planet. If these next two signs don’t make you laugh then I’m not sure we can be friends. This first sign was at Heather and Chris’s wedding and I about died laughing when I saw it driving in that morning! This second sign was at Jess and Andrew’s wedding on the bar and also made me giggle. It’s so true-I am all about capturing drunken shenanigans during receptions!!! I loved how pretty silver and purple looked in the Eagle Ridge ballroom! That fabric behind the head table was one of my favorite things of the year!
How did Jeff and I miss the opportunity to have our rings in a Harry Potter themed ring box? I am still hoping beyond hope that someone gifts me with a pair of these Kate Spade shoes. Aren’t they amazing?!?!?
